Pricing Manager/Senior Manager from a Life Insurer (Thailand)
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Ensure accuracy of appropriateness of assumptions used for pricing of products like endowment, unit-linked, participating plans, annuity, group etc. and provide quality analysis for decision-making
2. Review sales materials and policy contract to ensure alignment with product design and approval.
3. Ensure compliance with regulations and corporate policy in regard to product features, pricing, profit conditions, and competitiveness.
4. Product submission to OIC on product features, technical pricing and ensure smooth product approval.
5. Liaise with reinsurers for new products reinsurance arrangement.
6. Coordinate with stakeholders such as IT, Operations, Distribution, etc. in product implementation.
7. Perform monthly VONB analysis as part of post-launch financial analysis.
8. Provide coaching to subordinates.
9. Others as assigned: Any other matters
Requirements:
1. Good progress in Actuarial examinations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
2. At least 6 years of working experience in Life Insurance Actuarial field.
3. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4. Leadership and managerial proficiencies, with the ability in influencing.
