Actuarial Capital Management Assistant Manager role from a Life Insurer (Singapore)

Reporting directly to the Manager, Capital Management, with the focus on regulatory reporting, solvency reporting and projections. The role provides opportunities to work directly with the AA and CFO in matters relating to strategic plans and other key projects.

- Responsible for the MAS and other regulatory reporting and statutory requirements, with quality deliverables
- Support in communication with Group on group-wide capital reporting requirements
- Assist in preparing forecast, business plan, stress tests and other projects
- Assisting and supporting the process enhancement and automation initiatives in the team to improve reporting processes in terms of speed, accuracy and controls
- Support Manager, Capital Management, AA, CFO and the team on key ad-hoc projects where required
- Provide guidance to junior team members

- Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science
- Qualified/near qualified Actuary with at least 4-5 years of experience
- Prior working experience in capital management/RBC, local/group reporting
- Experience in Prophet and DCS
- Strong analytical and communication skills, detail-oriented
- Strong team player
- Energetic and self-motivated
